Description
Lemon-Gard is a concentrated industrial and institutional cleaner, disinfectant, deodorizer, fungicide, and virucide. Lemon-Gard is recommended where controlling pathogenic bacteria on environmental surfaces is of prime importance. Surfaces include: floors, walls, tables, chairs, sink tops, garbage pails, restrooms, bedpans, bed frames, and other non-porous hard surfaces. Ideal for controlling odours caused by the growth of bacteria, mould, mildew, and fungi.
When used according to directions, it is effective against Staphylococcus aureus; Salmonella enterica; Pseudomonas ammoniagenes; Salmonella typhosa (Typhoid Fever); pathogenic fungi such as Trichophyton interdigitale, Escherichia coli, Brevibacterium ammoniagenes, Klebsiella pneumoniae, and Influenza A2; Herpes simplex; Adenovirus type 2; and Vaccinia viruses.
Use only as directed according to recommended dilution ratios:
For general cleaning & disinfection: 1 part Lemon-Gard per 62 parts water. Apply with cloth or mop. Allow the surface to remain wet for 10 minutes, then remove excess liquid. Tips: Prepare a fresh solution for each use. Do not mix with other chemicals.
Hospital Disinfection: Dilute 16 mL (1.6%) Lemon-Gard per 1 L water.
